At Goomboorian Gold we love sharing our honey with you. Here is where we ship to, how it gets there and how long it takes.
Shipping Times:
We make every effort to dispatch your order within 5 business days of receiving it online. This may vary however, depending on various conditions at the time.
Tracking:
We will send you an email confirming your order. If you cannot find it, please have a look in your trash folder and if you cannot find it there please email us at hello@goombooriangoldhoney.com.au
Where we ship to:
We currently ship all around the world. However, it is the customers responsibility before purchasing to ensure their country's customs and border force will allow our packaged organic honey into their country.
Delivery Company:
For orders within Australia we primarily use Australia Post as our main carrier. Unless otherwise specified by the customer, Goomboorian Gold reserves the right to choose the best freight option for your location. Please note that remote areas may take longer to receive their products.
Returns and Exchanges:
At Goomboorian Gold we will only replace products if they are damaged or defective. If you have a product that needs to be exchanged please email us at: hello@goombooriangoldhoney.com.au
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it unless of course it has been damaged in transit. Please see our breakages policy below for details.
To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof or purchase. Additionally, we may not provide refunds for 'change of mind'. These will be refunded at the discretion of Goomboorian Gold Management. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the paying the shipping costs for returning your item however, if your exchange is approved, we will send you the new product and cover the costs of shipping to your door.

Breakages:
Goomboorian Gold is committed to excellence in all areas of our work including developing quality drop proof packaging to keep your honey safe whilst in transit. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases therefore, if there has been any damage to any products whilst in transit, please inform us via email within 24 hours of receipt and we will rectify the situation. Please leave the goods in the damaged packaging they were delivered in as this will assist us with any claims.
Likewise if there are any excess items or items missing from your order the please contact us within 24 hrs of receipt to enable us to rectify the position as quickly as possible.
Should you not receive the goods you ordered and paid for within the delivery schedule please contact us. Please have your order confirmation or invoice number on hand as a reference.
Cancelling your order:
We understand if you have hit a button and wished you hadn't (we've all been there before). Please contact us quickly and we will see if we can cancel the order if it has not been dispatched. If it has been dispatched we will be unable to cancel your order.
Our return policy lasts for seven days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we will be unable to offer a refund or an exchange.
